Aptos gets its name from Ohlone, meaning ‘the people.’ Voted best Indian Restaurant by Santa Cruz Weekly, and Good Times, Ambrosia has always strived to be a ‘people’s’ place. In 2008, We decided to follow our patrons from the greater area to their doorsteps.
